"Client" refers to the individual or entity that engages the Company for cleaning services.
"Services" refers to the cleaning services provided by the Company.
2. Services Provided
The Company offers a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Domestic cleaning
Commercial cleaning
Deep cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning
Care homes and hospitals cleaning
Carpet cleaning
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our office directly.
Payments must be made in full before or upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, cheque, and/or cash.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Service Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If the Client is not satisfied with the services provided, they must notify us within [insert number of hours, e.g., 24 hours] of the service completion for us to address the issue.
6. Liability
The Company is insured against public liability. However, we cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of our services.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that their property is suitable for cleaning and that all fragile or valuable items are secured.
7. Access to Property
The Client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If the Company cannot gain access, the Client may be charged a cancellation fee.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe or unfit for cleaning.
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client must inform the Company of any special requests, allergies, or specific cleaning instructions prior to the service.
The Client must ensure that pets are secured and that any areas requiring cleaning are free from obstruction.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
The Company is committed to protecting the Client’s privacy. Any personal data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, the Client consents to the collection and processing of their personal data.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
